Q. How do I update my address?

Library staff can update your address: 

• by email to info@sfpl.org. Please include: 
  • library card number
  • full name
  • date of birth
  • telephone number
  • current residence address 
• online via Chat or Text (please provide the above info and your email address)
• by telephone: 415-557-4400 (please provide the above info and your email address)
• In person: present your library card or valid ID at any SFPL location.
