If your library card is lost or stolen, contact us as soon as possible to report it. We will block your card so no one can use it. Provide your:
- library card number
- full name
- date of birth
- telephone number
- email address
- residence address
You can get a free replacement any SFPL location. Please bring your valid photo ID. There is no cost to get a Library Card, or to replace it.
When you replace your library card, you will get a new account number. If you have OverDrive, Boundless, and/or Hoopla Digital ebooks checked out, on hold, or any wish lists, library staff will need to manually transfer your ebooks to the new account number.
