If your library account is active and your PIN/password is correct, try following:

  1. Open Libby.
  2. Tap the 3-bar menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Manage Cards.
  4. Tap the 3 dots next to your SFPL card number.
  5. Tap Verify Card.
  6. Re-type your 14-digit card number and PIN/password (Reset PIN/password.)
  7. Tap Sign In.
  8. Look for the message, "Okay, you're signed in!" at the top of the screen.
