If your library account is active and your PIN/password is correct, try following:
- Open Libby.
- Tap the 3-bar menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Manage Cards.
- Tap the 3 dots next to your SFPL card number.
- Tap Verify Card.
- Re-type your 14-digit card number and PIN/password (Reset PIN/password.)
- Tap Sign In.
- Look for the message, "Okay, you're signed in!" at the top of the screen.
