Getting Started

STEP 1: Open a web browser and go to www.abcmouse.com/blho-check-out, or click the link.

Select your State, Library and type your Library Card Number and PIN or password. Click Submit when you're done.

STEP 2: Create your ABCmouse account.

Type your email address and create a password. Confirm your entries, then click Submit.

STEP 3: Save your confirmation page.

Print or save your confirmation page in case you need to refer to it later.

STEP 4: Download the ABCmouse app.

Download the free ABCmouse mobile app, which is available from Apple App Store and Google Play.

STEP 5: Open the ABCmouse app and click Log In. 

Click the Log In button in the upper right of the screen.

STEP 6: Carefully type email address and password, then click Log In.

STEP 6: Start using ABCmouse.

Can I use the ABCmouse mobile app?

Yes. Be sure to click the following link, www.abcmouse.com/blho-check-out, first. Then, create your free ABCmouse account when prompted. Get the ABCmouse app from Apple App Store or Google Play.

Does ABCmouse work on a Chromebook?

Yes. You may use ABCmouse on a Chromebook via a web browser.

How do I reset my Library PIN or password?

Use the PIN Reset Tool to reset or create your PIN or password. Instructions to reset or create it will be emailed to the address on file within 15 minutes.

The app is frozen and/or displaying a solid color. What should I do?

Try closing the app to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem continues, uninstall the app, reboot the device, and add the app again.
