Q. How do I reconnect my Kanopy account after renewing my library account?

From the web:

1. Go to https://kanopy.com/en/sfpl/login (link) and log in with your email address and password (or Google or Apple account).
2. Hover over your name in the right corner, then select My Account, My Libraries.
3. Click the 3 dots next to San Francisco Public Library, then Edit. (If the Library isn't listed, click Add New Library.)
4. Re-type your 14-digit card number (without spaces or dashes) and PIN/password.
5. Save changes when done.

From the Kanopy app:

1. Open the Kanopy app on your mobile device.
2. Log in with your email and password (or Google or Apple account).
3. Tap More in the bottom right corner.
4. Tap Memberships.
5. If San Francisco Public Library is shown as Inactive, tap it to add your library card number.
6. Retype your 14-digit card number (without spaces or dashes) and PIN/password.
7. Save changes when done.
