Q. Why was my ebook/eaudiobook hold canceled?

Here is a list of reasons why an ebook or eaudiobook hold may be canceled:

1. The hold is not borrowed within the specified pickup window (e.g. 3 days).

2. A user cancels the hold request.

3. The title is no longer available. Publishers periodically discontinue public library access to ebook and eaudiobook titles.

4. The title has been removed from the collection, based on the Library's Collection Development Plan.
