The SFPL Book Stop is located in the Island Cove Market on Treasure Island and will always be stocked with a diverse range of books for all ages and interests. Patrons can check out books anytime the store is open, 7 days a week.
Checking out books from SFPL Book Stop
- Scan your card.
- Type in your PIN.
- Open the door.
- Take your books – they’re automatically checked out when you close the door.
- Return your books to the SFPL Book Stop (ideal) or any other library location.
Borrowing Basics
It’s just like borrowing from any Library branch. Books are checked out for 3-week loan periods and can be returned to the SFPL Book Stop (preferred) or any of our other branches or bookmobiles. The items are also renewable.
